Works great!
I bought this pillow after trying various other ones and have been looking for one that fit me and didn't give me neck aches and headaches, after 3 nights with this pillow I am still realizing that I sleep thru the night, I used to wake up every hours with other pillows, I love what it does for me now I am only slept on it for 3 days but I love it. I took out some of the insides but may put them back, a little fluffing each night is all it needs. I let the pillow sit for 3 days as suggested and washed the outer pillow case before using and used lemongrass essential oil in the dryer with the pillow to fluff it, no smell. Thanks to the company for sending messages on suggestions on what I could do.

The pillow arrived today and I found several pieces of shredded memory foam within its clear packaging. It appears to have come out of a small seam near the zipper. I contacted customer service who promptly sent a return label. I've reordered a replacement, hopefully it'll be free of any defects.

Nice pillow
I have had this for a few months and like it better than any pillow I've tried. Able to re fluff and reshape. Basically like it is described.

Excellent pillow, love it!
Love this pillow. Love that I can adjust it until it is just perfect for my needs. It had greatly reduced morning neck pain and headaches. I am very happy with it.By the way, it arrives quite stuffed and firm, but I easily unzipped it and removed between 1/3-1/2 of the foam and now it is perfect.

Good loft, but small size
I do enjoy sleeping on the pillow. It's the correct balance of firmness and softness, which is something often difficult to find in a memory foam pillow. HOWEVER... it's about the size of a large sofa throw pillow. This is not a American standard sized pillow.
