No idea about how effective it is, as it’s not possible to measure this or anything in this ilk. The taste is orangey , some of the family liked it some found it too artificial. The jury is out on that. It’s certainly better than some other types with worse taste/smell. I’d buy again for sure

My family and I are getting the vitamin D we need in the darker winter months with a pleasant taste, In easy to use spray.

This is easy to use as you just spray once in the tongue daily but it tastes disgusting and artificial. I can’t comment on the effectiveness as I don’t think I’ve used it for long enough but I won’t be buying again due to the horrible taste.

Not sure how good this is yet , but my previous vitamin d spray is no longer being sold on here . I purchased a mint flavour one but struggled with the taste . Let's see how this performs , but so far the taste is OK.

This product arrived very quick . It is easy to use just one spray and a good orange taste. Making it pleasant to use. I will definitely purchase this in future.

I hot this as my daughter almost 3 is lacking vitamin D and will not take abidec prescribed from doctors as its tastes and smells vile this however on day 2 she has had no issues with accepting the orange spray in her mouth

We've both had this for the last month or so and have avoided the dreaded flu. Tastes abit synthetic, but much better being orange flavour than mint.
