Thus, far I like these. Have a little different taste for the favor. But, not bad.

My Doctor told me to take inulin for my constipation so I looked it up and chicory root is a good source of it. I hated the thought of taking more pills, so I got the gummies. They taste good and seem to help. I was surprised that they have fiber because they don't taste like it at all!

Let me tell you something I took these at about 3pm thinking nothing of it went about my day .. at about 9ish I was like ok they didn't work went to sleep ... At :324 am I was politely woken up with an urgency to go to the bathroom.. it's now 6:14 am and I yet stopped... Don't take these I'd you have ANYWHERE OR ANYTHING TO DO!!! THEY WORK . BUT MY GOD .. PRAY FOR YOU TAKE THEM !!!!

These were just okay! Not as effective as Metamucil gummies !
