Love the concept. Looks and feels a bit weird at first, but after a few uses and seeing how it hits all my teeth and gums I love it!! My teeth feel and look great. Can not imagine going back to any other electric brushes I have used in the past. I do not even need my teeth cleaned as often. Unfortunately when I received it the base charger did not work. Contacted them directly and they immediately replaced it, no problem.

Great product, brushes better than my old sonicare and much faster. Admittedly the battery started dying after a bit over a year, but customer service was great and replaced the handle.

I am not a fastidious tooth-brusher, and this is changing my habits for the better.Took a couple of days to get used to, but is very easy to use, and the brushing routine is quick, easy and thorough. Veery happy to have found this.Two requested improvements for future models:1) Disappointed the battery only last about a week; I have had many other electric toothbrushes that hold a charge for much longer. With the size of this handle, it should be possible to hold a charge longer; no everyone has an electric socket handy to their sink.2) Surprised the handle is not waterproof, thus one is cautioned to not immerse the handle and to only "wipe it clean". Again: many other electric TBs have sealed handles can can be cleaned under running water. Company should improve this aspect also with next model.

We have used a Sonicare for the last 10 years, and the only way I'd ever think that could be improved would be for the process to be faster. Even when I use a regular toothbrush for travel, I brush for a full 2 minutes, since I'm used to it; but who wouldn't want to spend less time? This brush will do the job in 30 seconds, but I pass over each side twice, so I spend a minute total versus 30 seconds; I do this for the additional gum massage benefit. If one isn't careful, the plastic on the brush heads will hit the teeth, but this occurs less over time and can be corrected immediately if paying attention. Because of the configuration of the brush heads, one tends to use little (nonessential) toothpaste, so there's another savings. So far, no charging issues.

I got this yesterday and was really excited to try it. We set everything up, read all the instructions, set the toothbrush on the base to charge and left it overnight. This morning, the toothbrush is not charged at all and the base is hot, smoking and smells of electrical burning. Thank goodness we got to it before it caught on fire because that’s where it was headed. I have issued it to return and am so very disappointed. This could have easily cost us our house! I see these great reviews and hope maybe this is a one-off manufacturing issue but it scared all of us! It only takes once to burn down a house. If I could give less than one star, I would.

I really like this toothbrush with its 'clean all surfaces at once functionality'. This is my third unit. The problem with the last two I have owned is the battery and voltage regulation. With this purchase, after a week the battery started discharging quickly, even though I charge it continuously. After a few weeks, the lower setting barely moved the brushes and the higher setting worked like the lower one is supposed to work. I tried completely discharging the unit and recharging again. This did not help. Also, it seems like the voltage regulation is erratic. Sometimes the speed of brush movement is acceptable, and then it slows down. then speeds up.All in all a great concept with poor execution.

It is truly surprising how easy, quick and effective it is. We previously used the Oral B Sonicare, and this toothbrush does a better job with much less effort. We follow with a quick blast with a water-pik and teeth feel fresh-from-the-dentist clean!

We had one of the original units which we have used for many years. The new rechargeable dual speed unit is miles ahead and a worthy successor. We both love the product and have been delighted with the results.
