Really excellent seasoning that smells and tastes great and lasts a LOOOONG time in the bag. Just remember to remove the air to keep it fresh. Great on lamb chops. Not the cheapest but probably the best. Highly recommended.

Wish I could give this ten stars. I lived in Paris 1979-1981 when I was a 24 year old newlywed. I was introduced to herbs de Provence at a time when my cooking skills were somewhat limited. This melange of spices was a dream. It complemented almost everything. But when I returned to the states, it was no longer available. Eventually, I started seeing it in stores. But it did not taste the same at all. 😩. I finally figured out that what I was getting in California had the addition of lavender and fennel, completely changing the flavor, and not to my liking. A few days ago I searched amazon for one that did not include those ingredients. They all had it, it seemed. Then I ran across this one! It arrived today just in time to include in my chicken piccata. Happy camper here. Because it is sold in a plastic bag, I transferred it to a mason jar and taped on the label. I can totally recommend this product if you are looking for the real deal, sans the flowery licorice-y add-one. Just savory and perfect for any meats or poultry.

This Herbs de Provence is the best I’ve had. NO lavender is the reason I purchased it. Now I can enjoy all those wonderful French herbs without the floral taste. So happy I found this brand :)

Nice herbs, very versatile

Excellent herbs, they mix it the same way I do, removing the lavender and adding basil. I bought it in January 2023, kept it in a ziplock bag inside of an airtight container and it has stayed fresh for 2+ years. Finally finished it and I’m returning to buy more!

I cook and bake extensively, all of our meals are eaten at home with food I prepare. I extensively use herbs in my cooking and baking. This Straight From France Herbs de Provence blend is a must have in my pantry! Outstanding freshness and quality, so much better than grocery store brands. A just-right-sized cut for use in cooking and baking. Bold taste and a wonderful aroma . A great value, too. I highly recommend this product.

I love these herbs de Provence. They are one of the only ones I can find without lavender in them. My daughter is allergic to lavender. I’ve bought a few times.
