FARBIN Loud Car Horn 12v Super Tone Motorcycle Horns High Tone/Low Tone Twin Horn Kit with Protective Grill (red)

These are nice and loud, but no where near what a train horn level would be. Install was pretty easy and the fact they are yellow with my yellow truck enhances the look since you can see them through the grill. I recommend it for those who want a louder horn without the invasive install of a train horn.

For Subaru WRX STI Owners (I'm 2005 GD Chassis) This is everything you need to get up and running quickly at the fraction of the price!! Wiring & Harness: The wiring harness is really nice! It is almost as simple as the grimspeed hella horn wiring harness, which would be truly "plug and play" with no need to run power or ground. This harness is simple, you power at the battery, grounded near the horns (or anywhere you want). The rest is plug and play. I used one connection into the stock harness (where the stock horns plug in). The secondary connection to the second stock horn was left unplugged. It was not needed. The Sound & Look: The horns themselves are nice and loud, much louder than stock, they look great and I love the flexibility of color options this brand offers! Install and Mounting: The majority of my time was spent looking for a location to mount the horns. I run a "half brace" so it takes up a lot of the "typical" mounting locations of for horns behind the STI grill. (see my pics) That noted, the bracket that comes with this kit works 100% fine for the GD Subaru WRX STI chassis, probably newer models too. It is similar to that Perrin and grimespeed. You would be able to mount this front and center. My installations were with both the "common center location" and a custom location thanks to my brace. I did use the mounting bracket (the one like Perrin) which came with the kit, it worked great! However I did need to enlarge one of the mounting bracket holes to get everything to fit, it was simple. In the non-common setup I used the brackets that come standard on these horns, they are shorter, and was able to easily adapt the horns to make run for my brace. Overall, this was a simple setup and well worth the price. I didn't see a lot regarding STI's, clearly a few pics, and so I wanted to try to give more clarity on installation and options. Hope this helps anyone looking! Check my pictures as you can see the two setups a ran. I ultimately removed my half brace as I liked the look of the typical and common horn setup. But the point here, there is a lot of flexibility to work with these!!

Pretty loud horns, was fitted a few years ago to a friend's Subaru and they are showing a little wear since then but it is daily driven and to be expected. Had to be a little inventive to get them to fit behind the grills but overall not too difficult. Work pretty well.
