You will sweat
This works however it does not stay in place when doing workouts. Like in the video. I usually add my waist trimmer on top of it to stay in place.

Didn't work for me and rolls up on your stomach
Tried with 2 different cremes and it doesn't work any better than using my velcro wrap by itself. It also rolls up on your stomach. Will not be ordering again

Rolls up if placed on tight
After wasting a few inches trying to wrap it around I figured it worked best if I didn’t put it on tightly. It makes you sweat for sure during workouts or even just having it on while doing other things. I find it worked best by placing an actual waste trainer on on top to hold it in place. No instructions. Maybe just use the plastic cling on we buy from grocery store lol IMO

Very comfortable
I like the wrap. It leaves black marks on your bra. The wrap does not stay down. It rolls up on your stomach. You have to wrap twice then put waist trainer on top. You sweat like crazy.
