Segbeauty Collapsible Portable Hair Dryer Diffuser- Hot Pink

I've only tested this at one hotel. But it fit the provided hotel and worked exactly as expected. It collapsed as expected for easy packing as well.

This is a great travel diffuser! Since my purchase, I've used it at two separate hotels with two different styles of hair dryers - one normal, one compact travel size with great success. It also fits on my personal hair dryer at home (but I already have a solid diffuser so don't use it here). The pros for this diffuser include: compact size, light weight for travel, and the adaptability for different hair dryers. My biggest con is that it takes longer to dry my hair and the diffuser gets pretty hot. I have to use a slightly different technique (can't scrunch up against my head as well as a solid diffuser can), and I feel my hair is slightly frizzier than with my normal diffuser... but that could be related to travel as well (different water, shampoo, etc.). Overall I am happy with this purchase!

Works great! It’s a tight fit on my hair dryer which isn’t necessarily bad. The only complaint I have (which is why I only did 4 stars) is that it folds in on itself while I’m using it. Not a huge deal but I have to keep popping it back out. I still recommend this product.

This collapsible diffuser is quite flimsy, and by that, I mean it collapses as soon as I put my hair in it. To the seller of this product, the fact that this product is listed in the same product profile as your non-collapsible, non-silicon diffuser, the reviews by customers are VERY misleading, as almost every single one of them is referring to the other product, and not this one. I give it two stars, rather than one, because at the end of the day, this does collapse to fit into my suitcase for all of my international trips, which means I do not have to bring both my dryer, diffuser, and adapter/converter for the plug. Now I can just use the dryer at the hotel. UPDATE: After using this on multiple trips, I have realized that the diffuser isn't that flimsy once you learn how to maneuver it. I like that I can bring it anywhere in the world and not have to hassle with my own dryer and plug. However, I already left it at a hotel in Istanbul. Not getting that back! So, ordering another one.

I bought this for travelling so I don't have to bring my full size hairdryer and diffuser. I was hoping it would fit the hotel hairdryer, but was a bit worried based on reviews that said it didn't fit. For my purposes, it worked very well. It fit the hotel hairdryer just fine, but I could see how some of those older hotels that use hairdryers with a larger end could be a struggle. It is rubber/silicon, so it could stretch in theory, but it may take a lot of work to get it on. I love that it collapses nearly flat for packing, although during drying it did collapse on occasion if I pushed near my head. So that took some adjustment in how I dry my hair. All in all, I'm very pleased. UPDATE: It kept collapsing, so I ended up buying another one that is SO much better. I'd recommend the Hairizone-Universal-Diffuser-Adaptable-D-1-7-Inch instead. This one is great in terms of packing, but for actual use, it just isn't the same. It was a fight with it to keep it from collapsing every two minutes.

This is the 2nd one I've purchased. Stores flat and I traveled to Europe with it so I could just pop it on the host's hair dryer in our Airbnb. It fit 90% of the time on all hair dryers in Europe. At home I own an Elchim pro light hair dryer. I like the performance of the diffuser vs. other hard plastic designs.

This is a great concept if it worked but it did not work. I didn’t even want to rate it as a one star. I just got back from a three week vacation in Japan & stayed in 12 different hotels/air bnb’s and this diffuser did not fit or stay on any of the hair dryers! A couple times I barely got it to go the the dryer but then it fell off. I tried holding it on to the dryer but that didn’t work either. It is very flimsy. And it is fairly bulky in your luggage. This diffuser was a huge let down! I do not recommend it to anyone.

While this silicone diffuser is compact and lightweight and will fit most hairdryers, it collapses while you are using it. When I "scrunch" my hair into the diffuser while drying, it collapses and you have to keep expanding it over and over again. I do not have heavy thick hair, my hair is thick and lightweight, so if it collapses on me it will more than likely collapse on people with thicker or longer hair. Very frustrating, If you have curly hair you will understand the struggle. Would not recommend this particular diffuser.

This is my second Segbeauty diffuser purchase and it's now my go-to diffuser no matter where I'm diffusing my hair, at home or away. Segbeauty diffusers are magical! I have fine, thin, low-porosity hair that takes forever to dry - but not with this diffuser! It moves the air in such a way that my hair dries faster without causing frizz or messing with my curl pattern. And of course, the fact that it's collapsible and such a vibrant pink colour is a huge plus. If you're looking for a great diffuser, look no further. Pop this little number into your cart - you won't regret it!

Easy to pack

Love this! It’s the perfect diffuser to take when you are travelling as it will virtually fit any dryer. Having curly hair is tough to manage without a diffuser and this is perfect as it’s very compact and easy to take with you.

I have ordered several universal diffusers and returned ALL as they will not stay on the nozzle of my dryer. This one does! The ridges in the “tube” that attaches to the end of the hairdryer make this key on this product. It works perfectly. Comes packed with a travel case. The only draw back is that once extended and one places the diffuser against the scalp for drying the hair, the unit sometimes fold back flat on itself but as long as you are aware and practice it’s avoidable. Reasonably priced and worth the money. Also not clunky and large to store.

This is a great diffuser for a long nozzle blowdryer. Compact perfect for travel or small spaces. great price for this item.
