Works as expected
Came in a new box, works as expected. Charges up to 65W and is quite compact sized. Side note though, even though what I'm about to mention is part of the charger's normal operation, it heats up a bit too much on full load. But it works totally fine. Special thanks to the Amazon team for their great service as usual!

Excellent and genuine
Great product, came with perfect packing and is new, not ever used before. It is also genuine and is small in size but very efficient. I bought 2 of it. Best, Rashed

Used item received so price was low
Dislike that it's used piece with ageing marks on it but that was not mentioned when I bought it. Maybe I would not have purchased it. However the price is lower than usual and the product works. Hopefully it continues to work without any kind of failure.

The seller is really helpful and good, I received first only the adapter without the cable, I contacted the Seller and he was very very supportive and right away sent the missing piece. Thanks for the product and the support given by amazon team and the seller.

My Dell power cable had given up working out of the blue and left me in a mess. I ordered this one at 10 pm and got it the next day at 10 am! Was down to 12% battery so what a relief when it felt great quality and instantly started to recharge the laptop. There is a light on the charger itself so you know when it is receiving power which is useful. Branded Dell as well so very pleased indeed.
