I struggle to swallow
I personally struggle a little when taking, I have to eat a cracker to trick my throat, they are helping but as soon as I miss a day I get my old problems back, maybe I just need to finish the course of them. I just get really bad problems with my urinary tract, thanks to my medical conditions.

Great idea for anyone suffering from recurring UTIs, urethral syndrome, interstitial cystitis etc
I take 1000mg of D-mannose daily and have done for years and can confirm that it is a lifesaver when it comes to helping alleviate the severity and frequency of UTIs and cystitis episodes - it really has improved my quality of life immensely. These tablets contain 250mg of D-mannose each (along with some other more general ingredients), and are designed as an 'emergency course', so you take 6 a day (2 tablets, 3 times a day) for 10 days (finishing the pot completely). Then you would switch to a lower, maintenance dose for ongoing urethral/bladder support going forward. 1500mg of D-mannose daily should definitely help to kickstart a struggling urinary system and the other general anti-inflammatory ingredients, vitamins and minerals will give your other body systems a little boost too. Great idea for anyone suffering from recurring UTIs, urethral syndrome, interstitial cystitis etc.

Handy tablets to have in the cupboard.
Manufactured in the uk to GMP standards.. £7.99 at time of review.. These have a large amount of D mannose in them..this has had proven effects to stop bacteria for attaching to the wall of the bladder. There are obviously other ingredients in here most of which are vitamins required for daily life anyways. The tablets themselves are medium to large sized, so a glass of water at hand is advised when taking them. As these are so cheap they're worth a try if you're experiencing even mild symptoms or are prone to infections. Prevention is always better than a cure. Recommended.
