My husband wanted this for our home gym! It was actually pretty easy to put together. I will suggest you have at least two people to help you put it together. It's durable, heavy duty. We got the black one and love the matte finish. It arrived in 3 separate boxes, so it was that heavy getting the boxes and everything together. My husband was able to move it on his own once it was put together, so it's pretty lightweight without weights on it. It came different pulley attachments. The pulley system is super smooth and functions perfectly.

Functionality is so perfect. no wobble when put together correctly Easy to assemble, good assembly instructions. Really a solid deal. Cables are flawless, very durable.

Instructions are not great hard to tell what parts go where with what bolts. Takes a little bit to figure out. You'll need a 17 inch socket and wrench try not to over tighten the bolts the metal gives. We'll need at least two people to put part of it together if you don't want it falling on your head while assembling it. Overall not bad for the price.

This unit is actually really well made. The metal is thinner than what you're going to see at a commercial gym, but at 1/5 the cost of a hammerstrength, rogue, etc. it outkicks its coverage. The tolerances of the fabrication are very precise and tight and assembly was very straightforward. I would recommend this to anyone looking for this type of a unit. I also got the leg extension/curl attachment, which is hard to load and unload from the base and the height adjustment is basically non-existant. You can't use the bar in the rack if you have the leg machine on the base, so I dont think I recommend that addition, but otherwise as this unit stands, I recommend it!

I recently upgraded from a squat, stand to the mikolo f4 power rack. I have used the rack for about a month and love the variety of exercises that I can do with the high and low pulley set up. I did however, receive an attachment trolley that was not like the one picture after reaching out to customer service they promptly sent a new one unfortunately it’s still the same as the one that is on the rack and does not match the one on the pictures. I’m guessing this is a supplier issue and I’m not going to attempt to contact them again even though the customer service has been five stars is not worth my time to keep going back-and-forth. The part that is attached to the rack is functional just did not match the one on the picture Overall I’ve been very happy with the set up. it only took two of us about an hour to build. I highly recommend that you keep all the bolts finger tight until it’s all put together and then go back and tighten everything. It really made it much more stable for the price point. this is extremely good rack, although thinner metal than some of the bigger namebrand racks you also have to look at what you’re getting for the price and you’re getting a lot for the price so overall customer service and quality for the price five stars all the way.

Its not bad but was a little disappointing. Ill start with the good. Its pretty stable. The accessories it comes with are nice and feel good. The cables seem durable. All parts were clearly labeled which helped with assembly(id recommend using their youtube video to help). The pull up bar and dip bar hold good weight im not to concerned theyll bend or break. You can do a ton of different exercises with this. Mine also came a week early. As for the cons/bad. It came a bit scratched and scuffed. The metal is thin enough that screwing in the bolts dented it. Its a narrow if you have broad shoulders and not necessarily a problem for everyone but the distance between the levels for the safety rails doesnt fit my chest for bench. Hard to spot someone for bench because of the cable system, but you can just switch to the front of the cage and ditch the rails. Im also not a fan of the j hooks, you have to really make sure you go up and out. The safety rails slide out easily but it shouldnt really be a problem. The grips on the pull up bar turn and come off easy im not sure if its supposed to do that. The cable system is a bit wobbly. I think its not bad for the price and for most people itll be good, its just not necessarily meant for my size of chest and shoulders.Edit: t bar started to warp/bend after 3rd use with 75lbs.
