If you love the smell of white musk, caramel, white rose this is the scent for you. This smells so clean and fresh. No vanilla but pairs well with it. Very feminine and last about 6hrs.

This was rhe best blind buy! I get so many compliments. This fragrance smells of baby powder, but in an adult way. It makes me feel like confident abd fresh. Less is more with this fragrance. 2 sprays can last all day. I love it!!!

This is yummy. Fresh, creamy, clean with a bit of sweetness. I dont know why more people don't talk about this fragrance. You don't need a lot of sprays. Lasts all day on me

First impressions, as I just received this today: Most of the time, I am drawn to experimental and complex fragrance combinations that have weird notes like "wet concrete" in them and others find challenging. But there are days that I want to spend on easy mode; wafting through life like a warmish spring breeze that vaguely carries the scent of laundry drying and moonflowers opening on the vine. This is one of those fragrances. To me, this is spring days, summer evenings, flowy fabrics, and indie radio playing faintly from another room. It's just distinct enough to be hard to place, but not loud-- just quietly present. Nivea creme isn't a bad starting place for a reference point, but far more floral and perfumey compared to this. There is a pretty sharp red licorice note coming through in the opening, however, if you were eating it next to a swimming pool, but fortunately that calms down after a bit. Une Histoire ultimately falls into that "clean skin but better" profile. If I pick up any distinct floral notes at all, in fact, "moonflower" is definitely the closest description. If you've never smelled moonflowers, they are a night-blooming climber in warm climates that give off a soft scent of suntan lotion (but no coconut) with a hint of honeysuckle. I feel like I overuse the term "well-blended" in reviews, but solely for the fact that I only buy "well-blended" perfumes. Once again, that's a trait I like about Une Histoire as well. It's not "too" of any one thing; too floral, too gourmand, too soapy, too fruity (I don't smell any fruit at all), too powdery, too musky or too milky. It's all of those things, but so proportionally that I can't tell them apart individually. I'll probably enjoy wearing this alone but it does make a great blank canvas for layering if you want to bring out one or more of the particular elements for emphasis. You could easily go more fruity, more powder, more gourmand, or add some blue notes and so on just by what you add. To experiment with this, on one arm I layered Une Histoire with Jovan White Musk-- an old favorite-- and the other with MiracleLayer 01 & 02, a combo of iso e super and ambroxan, to give me a shot of cedar and ambergris. THAT arm is a banger. Une Histoire is youthful without being juvenile, clean without being soapy, smooth, and has something faintly aquatic in the drydown without sharpness. Great for casual wear, breezy moods, easy mode, romantic picnics, and anytime you want a little lightness. I won't be reaching for this on dressy occasions. All in all: You could do far worse than this quality and price point acquiring a similar fragrance from another house.

This fragrance is an olfactory assault, a biohazard in a bottle. Forget subtle nuances or elegant accords – this concoction is a full-blown stench bomb, capable of clearing a room faster than a fire alarm. The opening is a chaotic explosion of spices, so aggressively pungent they seem to fight each other for dominance, creating a nauseating cacophony that lingers like a bad dream. Describing the base notes is like trying to identify shapes in a swirling vortex of garbage; they're simply too numerous and too offensive to discern. This isn't a fragrance; it's a weapon, potent enough to repel not only humans but also any self-respecting insect. It's so ghastly, so utterly repulsive, that I banished it to the garage, alongside the power tools and forgotten paint cans. This isn't just a bad fragrance; it's a declaration of war on good taste, a concentrated dose of Calcutta fish market in the sweltering heat of summer.

At first I did not like it at all. I was like oh noo ma’am! Butttt I was like ok let me wear it and see. It’s growing on me for sure. It’s such a different smell. Once it’s on the skin the scent changes into a light powdery fresh scent.

Olor dulce, limpio, que dura horas y sobre todo no es un olor que vayas a oler a gente en la calle. Pese a ser dulce no es un olor empalagoso. Para mí es un 100 de 10. Todo un descubrimiento está casa Maboussin, continuaré añadiendo perfumes a mi colección. Si que es verdad que a no ser que seas una apasionada de los perfumes vintage o perfumes de los que te tumban según te rocías ( que son los que a mí me gustan) no te vas a hacer muy amiga de algunas de estas bellezas. Es cuestión de ir probando.

wenn ich diesen Duft früher entdeckt habe. Man ist ja immer auf der Suche nach DEM Duft und nach über 250 Parfumkäufen habe ich ihn gefunden. Ich habe auch noch drei andere Düfte die für mich (und viele Kollegen) einfach traumhaft riechen. Dazu gehört Noa und Jil Sander poudree (der leider nicht mehr produziert wird) und Trussardi My Name. Wenn ich diese Düfte trage hör ich von fast allen Patienten "sie riechen sooo gut" Noa habe ich tatsächlich auch erst letzte Woche entdeckt, ich habe ihn zwar oft gesehen aber nie getestet. Ein riesen Fehler. Noa ist ebenfalls ein sauber, frisch eingecremt Duft. Aber Mauboussin übertrifft ihn sogar etwas. Die Haltbarkeit ist Bombe und er entwickelt sich so schön cremig pudrig dass ich ihn den ganzen Tag über wahrnehme. Viele vergleichen ihn mit Nivea, das kann ich aber absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Er riecht viel feiner, etwas süßer und einfach Clean. Der Preis dafür ist geradezu ein Witz, 90ml für 15€. Ich habe ihn mir gleich zweimal bestellt, der Duft darf mir nicht ausgehen. Wer auf cleane, frisch eingecremte Düfte steht wird ihn lieben! Ich habe mir noch Promise me Fleur bestellt und bin gespannt, die Herznote ist Magnolie und die liebe ich vor allem im "Dusch Das" Duschgel. Ich bin gespannt und werde berichten
