Not all of the pins have connections.
I was looking to buy this for a different application. OBD2 is a 16 pin connector and this is a 15 pin + shield. All pins should have connections, they do not. Too application specific to use elsewhere unless you only want CAN, power, one of the grounds.EDIT: However... Because this is an aftermarket cable I increased the stars to 3. There is nothing wrong wit the cable that they had control over. The OEM made the poor choice to not connect all the pins.

in my CRP123 it does not work but a few small adjustments and it is 100%
It was not there because it has a small edge, I cut it a little and that's it, it was excellent for the price
