Works - Just Wear Socks Over It!
It irritates me seeing negative comments & feedbacks of it coming off whilst asleep. Simple solution - WEAR SOCKS OVER IT!!! You are bound to move about whilst asleep and these adhesive are just to hold the pad in place, not permenantly superglue it to your feet.I've used Nuubu before so needed the same product for less.

Don't stay on..unfortunately
They don't stay on very well ..have used others in the past with better adhesion..my feet did feel revitalised in the short time I had them on for ..although they were purchased for a better sleep..so not a total waste of money

Found the plaster to hold it in place not big enough they kept coming off most nights which isn't much good

It seems to work
The patches definitely get rid of toxins in the body. My patches are still black every morning. I have so far not noticed any outstanding benefits, but will continue to use them.
