Save some time and add more tape first.
Not enough tape threads are small but adding more tape fixed them.

Just use for plastic tubing only
It was pushed out when the tubing is very smooth like stainless steel. Using plastic tubing is OK.

I would not recommend
I broke two of these just trying to tighten them up see attached photo I was shocked at how little pressure to break them. Ultimately what I did with the other two was hand. Tighten them as tight as I could get them just using my fingers, then turning on the the air And then tighten them up at beer minimum to get them to work One has a very slight leaking sound, but I do not want to tighten it for free or break the others.I did like how the hose fit in but that’s a little concerned now.

Works well but needs more tape
The fitting fit with the tube but needed a lot of tape to make it air tight. Otherwise it kept leaking at the connection between the fitting and the piece before it.

1/4 npt x 10mm
Absolute junk. I ordered a tailonz 10mm kit and tailonz connectors. But needed some straight npt to 10mm. Just spent two hours de bugging leaks every one of these connectors leaked. I replaced with tailonz 90's it does not look as elegant but it does not leak
