This is a very nice oximeter. It is very quick to respond. It seems to be very accurate when compared with my blood pressure machine pulse. Every one needs one of these.

I have long thin fingers and this device will sometimes not register an oxygen reading or pulse. Presumably my fingers are too cold even when I've tried to warm them. The device is easy to use and read when it functions.

This little gadget is great. Lately, I have been experiencing episodes of my heart racing for no reason. It's extremely scary, and I've been to the doctor and the ER. This helps me easily keep an eye on my heart rate, as I don't own a smart watch. It is fast and accurate, and provides me with important information at my fingertips - literally.

I'm very glad to have this around. It's really useful for when you're sick - you can easily check your oxygen levels and know whether you need to head to the doctor over them or not. An unexpected plus, too, is that I've found it helpful for when I'm having major anxiety of any kind - I find being able to pop it on and see that my heart rhythm and oxygen are normal, and that actually helps me calm down a little more, like I'm not so bad off. Anyway, I think it's just a very useful addition to a person's first aid and personal care toolbox.
