I must admit I was disappointed when I received my cart. The wheels were impossible to put in. I FINALLY FIGURED OUT A WAY! Take a sharp knife and grate around the white plastic 4 times. You'll notice the plastic shaving off. I then applied pressure and noticed some give. Then I used my plastic hammer and pounded it in until the silver bottom of the wheel meets with the plastic tray. It feels sturdy and rolls well. My mother is 84 with unsteady balance. She'll be able to put her hot beverages as well as vegetables on the other tray when she needs to prepare meals. This will be a lifesaver. For those who gave up, I hope you try this method.

We purchased this cart a while ago. Study and smooth to push. One wheel stopped working and the company offered to send a replacement wheel and provided a great customer service experience! Highly recommend this product. We purchased 3 total now for work

I ordered these carts for our public high school. We wouldn't know how to function without them. They are sturdy, roll easily in any direction, perfect size, perfect number of shelves, great handles, easy to clean, nice color that blends into surroundings, and the best tool we have! We use them to transport all types of things, i.e. concession stand supplies, sodas, water, textbooks, mail and mailboxes, maintenance tools, fundraising items, banquet supplies. The cart has never disappointed and is continually borrowed by high school staff because of its usefulness.
