So far I have used this hose twice to rinse dirt off of my car. I mainly bought it for cleaning the exterior of my car.I really enjoy the fact that it is SO LIGHTWEIGHT! I hated the regular rubber hoses that were so heavy and difficult to work with. I also like the flexible material that the hose is made from, and it's really cool how it EXPANDS to the full length, but when storing it (without water of course) it is much more compact. Really cool water hose, I'm hoping it will last a long time as long as I follow the basic directions that were included with the hose. Oh, it also came with a sprayer nozzle with several settings, and that seems to work well, also! I'll give this 5 stars. I paid full price for this and no one is compensating me to give reviews. I am pleased with this water hose, so far, and it seems to be of fine quality. I also appreciate how it is made by a small family business.

It works really well and it is so light. I am very pleased with it.3 months laterIt started leaking so was just a waste of money. While it worked it was great. I took good care of it and will not be buying a lightweight hose again. This was my 2nd purchase and they both leaked after a few months. Neither lasted the summer. Disappointed.

Bought this hose 2 years ago and was very happy with it until now. Now leaking so badly it cannot be used or salvaged. The material just gave way. This hose was handled gently and protected when not in use. DO NOT BUY THIS HOSE!!!

I have been thinking about getting a hose like this for awhile, I have read mixed reviews on different manufactures, so far this hose by Kona is working perfect!! If anything I should have ordered a shorter hose, this hose becomes huge! I like the fact you can handle with ease and you are not lugging around a heavy hose.

Our new Kona 100 FT Heavy Duty Expandable Garden Hose is absolutely one of the BEST HOSES I've had. It lives up to it's reputation in every way. It is rugged to begin with. It's outer sheath is durable and much better than the previous expandable hoses I have had. The brass coupling along with the shut off valve makes it even better. When the hose expands to it's full potential, it seems longer than the 100 ft. as depicted in the product description. We have a well with a one half horsepower pump. This doesn't inhibit the hose performance at all. It's solid. The sprayer is an added bonus. They even provide two rubber gaskets so you can interchange sprayers if you like. Great Hose FOR THE MONEY!!!

I bought this hose in 2018 and love, love, loved it! I bought the 100 ft because I have a relatively small yard and I wanted to reach the whole thing without having to connect two 50 footers. Long story short, this year the inside of the hose gave way; snapped inside, and began to leak. I immediately went out and bought another one because after breaking my original I had to revert back to the old standard rubber hose for one day until I could get out of town to get a new pocket-hose. It weighed a ton, tangled, kinked, and was miserably cumbersome to get around my yard. I know what I did wrong though with my pocket-hose and will be much more careful this time. Do not pull the hose from a long distance once it is full of water, like from the spigot to the far reaches of the yard. Go to the middle of the yard and pick up the hose and drag it from there, don't try to drag the whole hose once it is full of water. I believe after much use it maybe gets a little weak if you yank it when its full of water, which I did to get to the far reaches of my yard. But enough said, I highly recommend this hose; you will never go back to those heavy rubber hoses after using this lightweight wonder! Happy watering!

After fighting with heavy rubber hoses for the final time, I purchased this hose. I was a bit skeptical, but after reading the reviews I thought I would give it a try. It arrived as promised. Packaged nicely, and included a nice nozzle. I read the e-mail sent to me previously by the seller as to how to use their product. Very helpful being that it came prior to my receiving the hose. Followed the instructions.....easy and not complicated at all. The end result was awesome. A hose that expands like magic and is so light and easy to maneuver that I was thrilled! I purchased the 100 foot one. It enables me to water my entire front lot with hose to spare. When finished all you do is turn the water off, squeeze the nozzle until the water stops, and like magic the hose shrinks down to a manageable size again. It is stated in the sellers instructions not to leave it out in the sun. Not a problem for me, never have liked to have a hose hanging outside my home. This allows me to keep things neat. I place my hose inside of a kitchen dish pan, of which it fits perfectly, and take it into my basement to store until my next use. I have only used this three times so far, raining here in Western NY, but I know that this will be a much easier watering season for me. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The days of fighting with tangled, heavy rubber hoses has finally come to an end! Thank you for such a great product!

The hose was perfect, until it started leaking. We got a full summer & fall of usage, which based on other reviews is typical if not a little extra. For $50 this hose is a waste of money. Find another brand other than Kona.
