Amazing product, very cool!! Much more importantly, amazing guys at William Roberts.Given my poor measuring skills, I ordered the rack not realizing it would be about 10" too short once I had it assembled (I'm over 6' tall). I called William Roberts to inquire if I could be sent an extension pipe and Matt was awesome, more than awesome!!! He assured me it was a very very easy fix, the cost of the extension was minimal (mostly shipping) and I had it within 72 hours.I could not be happier!! ...thanks Matt and team! ok, mostly Matt

It was very easy to assemble, but it can be unsteady if it gets unbalanced on one side. You must equally distribute the clothes on each side. It is beautiful and fits perfect in my laundry room. It also rolls easily.
