You need to properly wash your feet prior to using. You can wear socks over it to keep everything in place. It function perfectly if done this way. 3- the pad has zero smell to it so don’t expect a fragrant smell. It’s 100% ginger powder, bamboo, and vinegar to improve your body and lift your mood. 4- the product inside the pad is “black” when placed on your foot and your foot sweats its activating what’s inside the pad. The color is from bamboo sorel black and it’s discharged when activated. Sweat opens your pours allowing the product to help relax you. It’s also helping you fall asleep easier. 5- this particular foot pad is for your sleep, relaxation, and mood. It improves your energy level. It never mentioned removing toxin in your system, it says DEEP CLEANING. I have used these for 6 nights. The pads are still extremely black, so either I was full of toxins, or the whole thing is a hoax. I think I sleep better. They do stay on my feet all night, like the sticky part that keeps the detoxer in place. It does not hurt when I take it off. Does leave a sticky residue on my feet when I take it off, but easy to clean off with a little water.

They only worked on one foot for me and that one worked well. Did not work on both feet at the same time. Also did not work on either feet at times. That said I had friends who revommended them and they did great for them.

I use to fell pain on the bottom of my feet. After using it 3 times like every other day I'm not feeling the pain anymore.

I think these are a scam. I used them for 10 days in a row just like the instructions show, but nothing happens. Sure, the little tea bag things turn black but that doesn't mean anything. They turn black on their own regardless of whether or not they are "drawing out toxins." I think this is another one of those crunch mom scams. I didn't notice one bit of a difference.

This product seems to be working, I wake up each day with the pads as black as night....so I guess I am detoxing my body. The one thing that is a bit annoying is the sticky pad ration to the detox pad.....each package had an off amount and although after three packages it evened up....it is still a bit disconerting. But....they work....so far
