This product met all my expectations.Candles are almost a generic product, but there are some attribute that are important to me.I want them to arrive as promised - these did.I want them to be packed in such a manner as to resist damage in shipment - check.I want them to be scent-free as described - these were.I was hoping, as slightly more expensive that what we have in our local Target and Walmart, they would be higher quality and slower burning wax - and was pleased to see that these are.Due to the diameter of each candle, you still need to check them after several hours to make sure they don't melt through and pour molten wax onto your surface. I use a suitable glass vase to capture any that I neglect for too long.Bottom line: they met all my expectations and I'll be buying them again if the price doesn't shoot up.For larger uses, they come in larger quantity sets that may knock the price down some. For what I need, these were the perfect size and value.Update after much use: these candles are not pure wax of one grade. You will note after burning them for a while, if you try to trim the wax edges, there is an outer shell of harder wax that is darker in color. I suspect this is to maintain their nice appearance. If you do trim the edges to keep them looking nice after hours of use, you'll see how this shell breaks away and can get messy. Shell fragments do melt down if added back into the molten wax with no color runs.For my use, this does not matter much, but it may be a consideration for others.I am placing my second purchase today for more so I'm still willing to pay this price for 6 nice, odorless 3x6" candles that burn for many hours.

These are beautiful candles. The ivory is the perfect off white color, not yellowish as I had feared it might be. The candle burns nicely and evenly. There is little smoke and no spillage of wax. This brand makes candles that are superior in quality to most other candle brands. So you get what you pay for. I googled how best to light and burn a pillar candle. I highly recommend these candles and this brand.PS 11-21-20. I read through a few bad reviews about it dripping and would like to mention that the first time you burn a new candle, you’re supposed to allow the candle to burn long enough to have the melted was reach the edges. Otherwise you’re going to get the hollowed effect. I can’t figure out how some people are getting the drips though. I have never experienced this. I think there are instructions that are shipped with the candles about the optimal wick length and initial burning. If not, google it.

I enjoy a non-scented pillar candle in my kitchen and dining room in the evening. I usually get them from Ikea as locally they are hard to find and relatively expensive. Also, I am 120 miles from Ikea. There is just one Ikea in Michigan.Anyhow, these candles are great -- burn with no smoke, I like the rounded top and overall do what a candle should do -- and are well priced. I was also impressed by the careful packaging of the group of candles. I'll definitely buy them again -- the same manufacturer. Thank you, candle makers!

I bought these candles because we light candles every single night. I was looking for one with long lasting hours and even burning. After one hour, these candles started to melt and drip. There was no wind blowing and I put them in several different hurricane glasses and even a fishbowl! Six candles for $40, I don’t think it was worth it. The only reason I gave them one star is because the wick actually lit! Very disappointed. Now I have to box up and send these candles back, it is not worth the time!

As a candle, these are just fine, but they are absolutely NOT DRIPLESS. I purchased these specifically so I wouldn't have to deal with drippy candles. In the photo you’ll see a cheap drip less Walmart candle in the left and these worthless dripping candles on the right. Save your money and buy dripless candles from Target or Walmart...they're the same price and don't drip hot wax all over your furniture.

I purchased these because they are supposed to be dripless. They're not! They burn like molten volcano with magma oozing down the sides! OKAY, my mistake! I'm writing this retraction because these candles truly are GREAT & DRIPLESS. Not being a candle expert, I put them in a tall tight glass cylinder candle holder and the lack of air and heat had a negative effect on the way they burned. So, I removed them and repaired them as best as I could and tried them in an open air environment. The results were that they burned perfect in every way! No drips, no smoke, no smell and perfectly in the center. Great Candles!

Bought these as a supplement for our emergency supply kit and, thankfully, haven't needed to use them yet but they came on time, looked exactly as I expected and sold for a good price. We find these big pillar candles put out the most light, for the longest time, in the safest way when we have to deal with electricity outages.

I've gotten these several times. It seems the wicks are different now, and that they don't go all the way to the bottom correctly. So each candle leaves about an inch to 1 1/2 inches of unburned wax at the bottom. They used to burn pretty much completely. I save the unburned wax and use it to make other candles.

Looked at quite a few church candles but chose these as quite good value for money and stated non drip. I was unsure about the non drip element as most candles require something to catch the melted wax, but these were perfect they melt from the inside and create a crater rather than drip down the outside, stood ours inside a large Moroccan lantern and looks perfect no saucer required. It is lit every evening and two weeks on is still less than a quarter used, so overall a very good purchase. Will definitely be buying more.

Wildly misleading title line - I believed I was buying 3x a set of 6, i.e. 18 candles, which seemed to justify the high price. I am sure the quality is great but it a very high price for 6 candles only.

Misleading advert. It's one set of six candles, works out very expensive.
