Q: Will this product work to seal a mason jar for body scrubs? I

I dont see why it wouldn't work. As long as the mason jar fits into this size bag it should seal nicely. I use scotch tape to secure the opening before I use the heat gun on it. If you have any other questions please let me know.

Q: If i shrink wrap soaps would my customers be able to smell the soaps through the shrink wrap?

When I shrink wrap my soap I leave the top opened some. Then the soap can breath n they can smell from the top.

Q: Is the quality ok for bags purchased from fulfilled by amazon from June 2019 forward ? are they really 100 gauge? Are they yellow and old?

They are fine, I purchased these recently to wrap some soaps I made. I don’t know how to tell the gauge, but no they are not yellow. All 500 in a stack has a slight yellow tint to it, but individually they are crystal clear

Q: How much do they shrink?

They shrink quite a bit. I use a craft heat gun, and it works well. I use the bags to package hand made soaps.
