Bought it for my mom who is 73 was worried if she will manage to use it and I’m happy that she did it as it’s really easy to use and she is really happy as it helps her with her sciatic and neck painI’m about to buy one for myself too

Thought I would try TENS again after a 15 year hiatus. This product looked easy to use and reasonably sophisticated. And I've not been disappointed. Lots of programs to try. I would say that although it's a two channel machine that this doesn't mean there are independent mode settings for each output. You can vary the pulse 'volume' but not the mode. Also occasionally it says its locked but its not. I did ask customer services a question and they were very helpful. The pads that come with it last quite well. I made the mistake of getting some cheaper pads and they are pretty useless by comparison. Overall pleased with my purchase and this time around TENS actually has noticeably alleviated my condition.

Really easy to use I like the touchscreen and the fact you can have the timer on longer than other products available. Really good for pain relief. Would definitely recommend this product.

Some less expensive models in the Auvon range allow you to use different a different mode on each channel, whereas this only lets you change the power setting independently. There's no option to synchronise the channels, so every time you change mode it goes back down to zero and each channel has to be raised back up separately. It's a faff.Other usability issues: the screen automatically locks after a few seconds, meaning more button presses to be able to control it, and the screen doesn't stay lit which makes it harder to read. The printed manual seems to skip several sections that are in the version downloadable from their website. The buttons on the side don't seem to have a repeat rate; i.e. you can't hold down a button to increase the power, you have to click or tap repeatedly to do so.Plus points are that there's a continuous mode (it can be set to not power off automatically on a timer) and longer battery life than other models, so this might be the one to go for if you need to be able to wear it for long periods, if you're set on Auvon. Strength seems to be about the same as models from other brands that run off non-rechargeable 9V batteries. There's no option to manually choose settings, only preset modes, but there a reasonable number and variety are included. It's just a shame that (again, unlike some other models they make) the modes are only referenced by numbers underneath vague pictures rather than having an icon per mode that represents the type of effect it has.

Easy to use and does what is expected.

Not sure yet as it went flat after an hour even though it said it was fully charged.
