Seems like a true artisan 'Manitoba' type 0 flour, very rare here in the USA
I have not baked with it yet, but indeed it is labeled and shipped as a 'Manitoba' type flour, Type 0.Will try some focaccia and pizza crusts with this and see how it goes, and will report back.But it's cool that they are importing this from Italy and selling in the USA.The packaging does seem to indicate this is a fancy artisanal flour, indeed.
