I HAVE PURCHASED THIS pre workout,the problem with this pre workout is that the manufacturer is not revealing the dosage of beta-alanaine,creatine etc( only caffeine content is shown) in the ingredients label,people are giving stars without realizing this important fact,otherwise this is just an expensive coffee powder

Pros:1. Good amount of caffein 250 mg. I personally prefer half scoop as it syits me better.2. Great price3. Does its work nicely for a gym session of about 1.5 to 2 hours4. No post workout crashing or exhaustion.CONS:1. Proprietary blend so you do not know how much quantity of each ingredient. This is indeed a very shady practice which the company should get rid of for better consumer trust.This is the biggest issue which led me to give a 4 star rather than 5.2. I think beta alanine is bit on higher side to give a feel of very strong product because the tingling sensation is too strong upto the the level of being irritating. Though this tingling lasts for first 5 min or so and then is normal.Its not a big issue if taking half scoop. That is what i do3. watermelon Flavour is crap and it stays in mouth for about an hour.4. It has got a very strange effect of stomach fullness after workout which lasts for about 3 hours. Maybe its because some of its ingredients also have a kind of fat burning properties.5. Researches are not too sure about the safety of yohimbine.

It crashes very fast and i think it has got even more than 250mg of caffeine, because i didn't get a good sleep at night, though I'm very caffeine tolerant. It's not a great pre workout i must say. It just has a small 5g serving size.but the effective dosage of citrulline malate is 6-8g. And all is there is 250mg of caffeine because caffeine is cheap.And the taste, i just gulp it down because it's just horrible. And because of that stevia, it just got even more horrible.I should really see the amount of substances which they put inside it.I'm thinking of buying a newly launched pre gayour which has all the substances in the right amount.

I’m writing a review after a month of use. I take this dialy as per the instructions mentioned on the jar. Initially I felt it’s not making any difference & then one of my friends asked me to give him a scoop as his own was finished and after the workout he said that it works amazing. I was a bit surprised & then decided to workout without having it for a day. I understood the difference immediately. It does work and works really well. Only one thing you need to be sure of is that you are getting a genuine product and there are ways to make sure of that. I will order one more as the one I bought is about to finish. I didn’t like the lime flavour much so will try the watermelon one this time. But you can go for it; it’s for you if you feel exhausted while working out. Hope my review helps people as it helped me before I decided to buy it.

Very poor quality... These guys have been simply on the downhill it seems on their quality. I was one of their early adopters, but over the last few of my orders I've realized they aren't focusing on their product as they used to be. Needless to say, the PW doesn't have any kick, tasted pretty bad after they launched this new composition, and worst of all, it practically got 'frozen', basically all sticky and thick inside the box and i still have 1 year of expiry left on it. But i simply can't use it.. And this is after checking the authenticity of the product! So yeah, the product in itself is Bad. That's what.The company is now resorting to measures like asking its customers to give good reviews in exchange of discounts and all.. But that's not gonna help in the long run. And yes, they'll lose genuine customers very quickly if they don't get their act together soon enough!
