It’s so easy to give kids. Melts in mouth in seconds. As it’s of Disney kids love it. Easy to carry if going out.

I cannot verify the contents etc of the item, but my kids love it and they take it regularly. The packaging is recyclable which is relevant these days. I repeatedly buy multivitamins from the company and my kids enjoy them. As for the ingredients I trust the manufacturers.
