Great camera but had a heck of a time getting the correct app downloaded. It worked great until there was an OS update to my tablet. I deleted old WOMO app and tried to download new app from google apps and the WOMO app was no longer there?!?. I finally poked around online until I found a CHINESE app that looked right and after down load tried to name my camera as instructed and it took many, many tries before I got it to work. Pressing the reset button on back as instructions say, did little or nothing, I finally tried another USB source and that finally worked. FOR ONE DAY. Now it won't bring up the previously loaded camera or let me name a new one. I found the tech support a joke, so I gave up. If you are a Chinese mfg and you want to sell to a different country, invest a little more support in that language.I will NOT recommend to friends.

The camera works great but it is corded which limits where I can put it. I wish it was rechargeable as it would make things much easier. It was fairly easy to set up and download the app on my phone. Its not really large but you can see a wide area though it. I can't see 360 degrees as it advertised but still I am happy with what I can see. I find it more useful as a baby or kid monitor instead of security. I think for security I would want something a little better. The quality is fine for watching your kids.

The camera viewing area is great, it covers a big area for such a small camera. And the setup was unbelievably easy and I'm NOT a tech person. It took me about 2 min to set it all up including hooking up to the Wi-Fi network. The only thing I don't like about it is the cord has to be plugged into the camera and it's not a very long cord. I hate to be picky, but I wish it was cordless too! I guess nothing is PERFECT. But overall, I think if you get this, you will NOT be disappointed!

If you are looking for a wireless security camera to monitor your home or office and be able to access it on your mobile device... THIS IS THE PRODUCT for you! The panoramic view and night vision view are amazing. It can be mounted on the ceiling or placed on a shelf or table and provide a wide view of the room. More importantly, the customer service that comes with this camera is more than I expected. Setup of the camera is very easy and quick and you don't need customer service for that.

I bought this camera to monitor my coop. I had some difficulties getting it connected to my wifi. Made several attempts and finally unplugged it for the day. I typically use a 5G wifi but my router has a guest wifi that is not 5G. I think my struggle was getting my cell phone off the 5G and onto the guest wifi. I must have done something right because the next time I plugged it in, the camera picture appeared. It works amazing. I love that I can talk through it and hear what is going on in the coop. Night vision and night light are great feature.

It was a good camera, but our WiFi was too weak in the room we needed to use it, so we returned it.

I bought this for my sister as a housewarming gift so I can't speak to it directly but she loves it. She's not super technical but had no issues setting it up by herself and using it with her iPhone. She likes it so much that she's convinced my brother that he needed one

This wireless camera works great. I had no problems setting it up. It shows a wide view of the room and shows everything in complete detail even in the dark.
