Easier than using a pillow case
My pt had me doing this exercise with a pillow case which was annoying. I bought this and she approves of it as a good replacement for my neck exercises as it is very sturdy and functional in the way she needs me to use it.

Worthwhile for reverse lordosis
I have reverse lordosis from a herniated disc at the base of my cervical spine. That’s when your spine bends in the wrong direction in compensation for an injury. I already have exercise bands so debated if I really needed another contraption but I’m glad I got this so I don’t need to worry so much about maintaining alignment or an elastic snapping in my face.

Pinched Nerve
I’ve had a pinched nerve in my neck that leaves me in agony most days for a couple years now. I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and I feel a huge difference. It’s not a cure all of course, but I promise the exercises DO HELP!!!

This thing is a joke
The stretch bands are extremely short and tight. I literally cannot straighten my arms all of the way and fully extend them.. There simply is not enough band. It's extremely painful against your neck trying to do so. It's a joke. I use these for P.T. regularly, and thought I'd get one for at home. These are NOTHING like the ones at the physical therapist. Normally, the bands hang from the pad that goes behind the neck, about 1 foot in length on each side. Normally you can extend your arms fully without struggle, and actually stretch your neck. You are not supposed to have to struggle to extend them...and against your neck!?!?. That's dangerous. It's for stretching, not muscle building! It's impossible to properly and safely stretch your neck. I am not so weak that I lack the proper muscle strength to preform these exercises properly. I am 5'4" and 135 lbs and do these exercises regularly, as well as others exercises for my arms and shoulders. I injured my neck trying to use this and I want my money back!

The tension is a little too much for me.
I am not able to fully extend my arms while pulling/pushing both handles. It is still usable but doesn't work as expected.

wonderful and great price
I sprained my neck and have a pinched nerve in my neck. My chiropractor suggested I get one of these, but he sold them for $50 and I only paid $19.95 for mine thru Amazon. I also took it to my chiropractor, and he said he liked it better than the ones he sells and said he might start ordering them thru Amazon.
