The positive is that the sound quality was decent. Sadly, the product is flimsy and breaks easily. The design is clumsy as one tends to fumble to get it over the ear. I would have accepted the product had two (not one, but two), broke with a few months use. Not abuse, intended use. Should come with at least a one-year money-back quality warranty. Amazon needs to stop selling crappy products, seriously.

I'm something of a techie but I can't seem to get this to work with my phone. Furthermore, I get a headache when the device is transmitting. I have Bluetooth headphones to use with my laptop and those don't give me headaches. Even installing the earpiece cushion was a real challenge. I was afraid I'd tear the thing. This is just sitting off somewhere not being used.

Worked great. Only 2 months old and it just snapped on the swivel hard plastic piece that enters the ear. ALWAYS handled with care.I guess I'll have to step up and get one for $100.You get what you pay for.

Works well. Not the most sturdy, but i am rough on gadgets. Good clean sound, but could maybe have a bit more volume. It has saved me when driving, and I love that it connects to two phones at once, never miss a call.
