The firmness of this product is much better than the ones at my old gym. It’s comfortable, provides great support, and seems sturdy and well-made.

Firmness is just right, doesn’t feel like a rock but doesn’t cave in. I mainly got it for sit ups but I’ve also found it great to help stretch my lower back.

I was looking for an Ab Mat, and this item had the best price I could find. It's also made by a reputable company based in Florida. Shipping was quick, and the Ab Mat itself is very well made. It's the best one I've ever used! I use it weekly, and I think it will outlast me it's so well made. Kudos to NEXO Fitness for making such a high quality product while offering it at a reasonable price.

This pad is usable. I affirm others who report it may be a bit too firm for some especially if you have any lower back tenderness. It works great at a chair back rest and to lay on the floor and prop your torso and elbow. As a sit up or crunch wedge i find it a bit firm for my liking but it is definitely usable, can't complain much for ten bucks. Oh yeah, my pug prefers a softer surface.

Love this for when doing incline dumbbell bench! Putting my feet on the ground and putting the bench at a incline, great stretch on the back. Very well made and for $10 in was a steal. I use it every workout!!!
