I did not find them to be stale at all, crisp and crunchy as usual. Actually, I haven't had an issue with Amazon food products and usually don't. But then I usually only buy dry goods or pantry type items.

The cookies were a little broken but at least the package was still sealed. It arrived with another order so maybe it wasn't packaged in the best way. Taste good though
