Great ball, the accompanying air pump does not work
I'll probably have to return this (but what a hassle). This is the same type of ball they have in physical therapy, and a great price, but seriously this air pump is defective, poorly made, and does not work. How do the manufacturers not see this? Or, worse, sell it anyways knowing it does not work. I tried using the air pump for so long, that the actual air pump outer container became hot from friction - and the ball still did not fully inflate. I was generous in giving 2 stars bc the ball itself is what I wanted; however, if I can't get it inflated, I won't be able to use it... I'm providing the review (and alerting Amazon) so hopefully something can be done. How hard is it to include an air pump that works? Also the ball is flat upon arrival...yet was shipped in a huge 2'x 2' box. Also, the ball is pink not red.
