I wasn’t sure what to expect from magnesium lotion. I really like the spray, but wanted to try the lotion, and WOW— this stuff is incredible! The texture is smooth and absorbs quickly without feeling greasy. With in minutes, I noticed a soothing, relaxing warmth in my legs. It’s been a game changer for easing nighttime leg cramps and helping me wind down. I also love that there’s no strong scent— just a clean, subtle fragrance that doesn’t overpower. After using it consistently, I genuinely sleep better. I highly recommend for a better night’s sleep.

Love this product. Be aware that Mg is well absorbed by the body through the skin so you don’t want to slather it everywhere. (Some use topical Mg as a Mg supplement.) I use a dime sized (if that) amount and it works really well to relax specific areas of muscle tightness. I use it especially to prevent calves from cramping overnight in bed. Nothing worse than waking up to Charlie horses. But if I get one—I apply it to the area and it works almost immediately.

I didn't want to buy this because of the price, but I had it on good authority of a friend who uses it every night that it has brought her relief. She said that on the nights she doesn't use it, her legs hurt her. My daughter was in a car accident, and she has a lot of cramping and leg pain, and I decided it was worth giving a try. And she definitely hadv me reach for this to massage her legs and arms more than a dozen times! I'm a person who can be skeptical at times... And part of me wonders if it's just the massaging Factor that's helping... But, I can say that it has brought her a lot of comfort in her hours of pain. It does feel a bit pricey, but I guess if it works it works! I didn't have any issues with it coming out except for maybe initially. And that's just means I had to use a few extra pumps to get the lotion moving, but ever since then it's been easy to squeeze on her arms or legs or neck. There is no odor that I can think of. I've leaned into smell it, but it seems odorless to me. It isn't exceptionally greasy either. Yes of course it's lotion like when you put it on, but it seems to go into the skin really nicely. It's not perfectly dry of course, but it doesn't feel like a super greasy lotion, it just feels mildly lotion like on the skin. Which means, it feels just a little bit moist.

Very good. Would have given it 5 stars if it had a higher concentration of magnesium in it like other high concentration brands. Love the feel, and it still works pretty well. Could be higher in magnesium to knock out the muscle pinch or spasm, but overall its a good option.

This is the second time I've used this product. It's packaged better and easier to dispense. I didn't replace it for years, because I didn't feel much of a difference over time. This " Ultra" formula seems to be a better, more pure magnesium. Currently, it is helping the quality of my sleep and leg cramps. The longer term results remain to be determined.

Update: company did replace it. Good product. However, the pump dispenser doesn't work properly. And because the product was used they won't even replace it. How would I know there is a problem if I didn't try to use it?
