The media could not be loaded. Have used once . It feels calming. Watch videos on YT to learn how to use them. Will recommend keeping in freezer for 5 mins & in refrigerator for 15-20 mins max. Will update results after a month

Broke after i put in freezer
Extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the roller... Cracked on putting it in freezer... When tried for refund... There is no refund available...Kindly do the needful
