This is great. I have been using it for almost 2 weeks and it seems to be helping with my appetite and blood sugar Levels. Diabetes dmruns very strongly in my family and I'm am on the borderline. I had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant with my first son and that's what got me worried so they kept track of my blood sugar levels during and after my pregnancy and told be I was borderline diabetic and then I got pregnant with my youngest son and my levels were fine but after I gave birth they went back up and that was 3 months ago. Now they seem to be leveling out now that I'm taking Berberine.

It doesn't agree with my system. I took the two capsules and I felt my heart beating irregular. I was afraid I was going to die. I don't think it's supposed to make you feel like that. Into the garbage it goes.

Not Happy......
UPSET!!! Seller put their label on top of the directions and when I tried to remove it the directions came off with it. Why do sellers insist on putting their own label over the original directions??? Also, the product is hard tablets; not capsules.
