I bought this product about in November 2017. I take 1 pill in the morning after I eat breakfast with a full glass of water. I usually have a few hot flashes during the day, nothing severe, and night sweats. By the 2nd day I noticed that my hot flashes were gone! My night sweats were few and did not occur every night. This is only from 1 pill. Now its December and I'm still taking the same dosage and no complaints. I have more energy and am ready for bed at a decent hour.

Since I've been on this, my night sweats & hit flashes have definitely decreased. I'm very pleased with this natural supplement. I'm only 39 & in early menopause. It was hard to take in at first, especially with all the sweating, but since I started taking this, I'm actually fine with it! Thanks so much!

Helped some with hot flashes but I kept belching up something with a fowl taste.
