I wanted to wait to write a review, so here it goes. I already have a very noticable jaw line, and this just enhances it. I use it 4 days out of a week and the first day I already noticed results. I bought the 50 pound resistance, it resonated with me to purchase that. All in all, it's about technique. I see people complain about their teeth hurting but to me and my opinion, you are likely angling it wrong. I would work in front of a mirror and see where the muscles are staining, to understand how to better bite the thing. Other complaints I saw were that the mouth piece adapters, and how people needed a new one after a few weeks. I boil it with the device and the pieces go back to new. Overall, great product. I feel my jaw getting swole, women have noticed and like to trace my jawline. This product is genius.

It works, but the pressure hurt my teeth. I should have started with purple instead of green. Money well spent. UPDATE: I started using this 3 days ago and the bottom tooth mold is already worn down. Now it’s cutting into my gums. This is disappointing because of the guard lasts 3 days, I’d need 10 of them to get through one month of training. Which would actually be fine, but it seems that the molds aren’t sold separately. SECOND UPDATE: Okay so apparently the company offers replacement “bite strips” on their website, not Amazon. Each pair is $3.00, so a month’s supply would be $30 total. If anyone from Jawzrsize is reading this, you should really consider offering the bite strips on Amazon in bulk packs for the people who want to keep using your product.

This product has definitely done a lot for me over the past year and a half! I always feel it working whenever I use it. The blood flow to your face and the pump you get with your masseter muscles is insane! It's definitely helped lean out my face and tighten my chin and jaw region. People have been telling me I have a nice jawline ever since I've been using this as well. Additionally, my bite piece started to break after about a year and a half and they are replacing it for me which is great!

I decided to try this out just to see if it would actually do anything. It’s a small tool you put in your mouth and bite down on to work out your jaw and neck area. This one is one of the higher resistance levels, so it takes a bit of effort, especially at first. It came with a little case and some extra bite strips, which was a nice touch. It’s pretty easy to figure out how to use—just bite and release over and over. I started doing it for a few minutes a day while watching TV. After a while, I could feel it working my jaw muscles, which is kind of the point. One thing I noticed is it takes some time to get used to. At first, my jaw felt a little sore, and the rubber has kind of a weird feel until you break it in. Also, it’s not something you want to use around other people—it looks a little odd and makes your mouth look pretty full when you're using it. Overall, it’s a different kind of exercise tool. Not life-changing, but if you're curious about working on your jawline or just want to try something new, this does what it says. Just know it takes a bit of patience and consistency to see results.

CAUTION DO NOT BUY: I recently purchased this piece of “exercise equipment” and I used it for a couple days first I noticed the bite strength required to finish the workout for this is minimal if you have the bite strength of a toddler. The issue I have with this product is the position of how it sits in your mouth will ruin the back of your neck I noticed a sharp pain running up the back of my neck I thought it was so to poor posture or lifting but I’ve been fine with both I slip up from time to time but I’m very practical about those things, it will force your bottom jaw to far forward in some reps and will pull your neck downward to the point your jaw feels like it will pop out, there’s a difference between working face and neck MUSCLES and causing unnecessary strain on a very important component to lifting your NECK one wrong move you could have a slip disc or tear, this product will inflame that possibility. If you have medical issues with your bite strength perhaps the lower levels of this equipment could help but seek help from a medical professional do not risk this product and it’s price is way to high for the quality I bit down the first few times and my teeth punched through it. Think before you buy and consider the deficiencies before you spend 70$ On something that does the same thing as chewing a well done sirloin.

Very unique product. Easy to use with "as advertised" results. Exercises the jaw; and, as with any other muscle, causes a tightening and toning effect. It does not happen overnight - but it does happen - giving a slightly leaner, but noticeable appearance in the face and neck areas. A simple concept which probably can be accomplished with homemade devices. However, for the money, not a bad investment. I recommend it.

Looks funny while biting. Like sucking on a pasifier. Still, I like it. Pretty easy to use. Every now and then the mouth pieces become dislodged, but really no big deal. Going into my second week. I can see a slight difference in my jaw. I got this mainly to try and get rid of my puffy cheeks. I can see a slight difference there too. I notice how my jaw has gotten stronger. When I first started I could do about 30 bites before I needed a rest. Now I can do 50 or even 60 before a rest. I’m going to keep at it. We Will see what happens with two more weeks 300 bites a day.

Disappoint and its not Jawzrsize at all instead its a no name. Which could have cost me less than AED 40

If you chew your jaw at night it is a great option and product for loosening the Jaw

It takes a lot for me to leave a 5* review, but firstly this Jawzersize actually WORKS, I noticed benefit in 10 days. Secondly and more importantly, when I recently had some dental work done and needed a new set of new custom bite strips I emailed the Seller and they send me a whole new Jawzercise FOC, very impressive!! As a guide I'm a healthy fit 40 something guy and have the Green 50lb Jawzersize. It was tough for the first week, then it gets a lot easier as your jaw muscles get stronger so I'd definitely recommend the Green one for most guys.

Unique idea, definitely worth a try for strengthening your jaw muscles and toning your complexion. Quality made product.
