200 Pieces Slim and Narrow Double-tipped 100% Cotton Swabs for replacement of iQOS Cleaning Sticks 100 pcs x 2 pack

I’m always running out of cotton swabs so when I saw this two pack I decided to get it because it seemed pretty handy.The cotton swabs arrived fast and I was able to get right to testing them out on my ears. The swabs are smaller than those you’re used too or what is considered the “norm” but they almost seemed to do the job better oddly enough because of their size. However the case was very tricky to open and I had trouble more than once so I deducted some stars for that. Overall they were decent and I was glad to get so many for the price they cost.

These swabs have a tighter wound cotton tip than your typical Q-Tips. As a result, the tips are narrower, and don't shed as much, which is nice in general, but with how tight they are, they don't really work for beauty products - It takes too much pressure to apply and soak.They do work well for cleaning tight spaces though. For the price, I don't know if I would ever consider these though - they might be better at cleaning, but I'd rather a better general purpose swab for less money.

They do an ok job in terms of cleaning electronics and the cotton ends do not unravel when wet. I do find these weak in that they bend very easily when you apply pressure due to the paper base. The small canisters are also difficult to pry open and if you use too much pressure, the contents will fly out. I ended up moving them into a different container to easily open. At $9.99 for 200 swabs, it is also pretty expensive for the quantity you get.

It’s hard to find slim and narrow cotton swabs. What I usually do is tear off some of the cotton then use my fingertips to roll the tip back into a firm state. The problem with this is that it is a hassle, and it also contaminates the cotton swab! I use narrow cotton swabs for precision ointment application. These narrow cotton swabs especially come in handy when used around the eye. You don’t want a bunch of loose cotton fibers getting left behind and you need to be very precise with where the medication makes contact. These cotton swabs are the best for the job.
