Beautiful umbrella! Sturdy good quality material. You need 2 hands to open and close there is no button. Great for sun protection. Its handle is a little short but makes for an easy fit to carry or store when your on the go. The colors are exceptional sooo pretty. I purchasesd for my mom for use on our Florida trip for sun protection. She has to keep the sun off her face. She felt selfconcious at the thought of using an umbrella until I gave her this one! She loved it! The photo was taken on a very hot sunny day, we were at an equestrian competition, no shade, this umbrella was perfect. She rested the handle on her purse which was on her lap because it's a little short. She also used it while standing at the ocean's edge. Be careful if its windy. I love the artful style the color and the bird accents. The colors and style fit right into out vacation setting. Come with a flitted slip cover case as well.

It's not very good at being an actual umbrella, the shaft often gets caught when you try to pack it up, and the handle frequently falls off (you can screw that back on). But the design looks even better than the photos

The design is nice, pretty close to picture. It's a small sized umbrella coverage for the price you are paying for.

This is an awesome umbrella! I just wish it was slightly bigger!

I used it for an outside August wedding. It was nice enough to use and felt comfortable doing so. It kept the sun/heat from burning me up!!! I got several compliments on it, and several “where did you find its”I unfortunately left it @ the event spot, but it wasn’t expensive enough for me to worry about it. I will just order another one just like it!!

This is my fourth purchase which is finally a keeper. The other umbrellas and parasols I purchased had to be returned for one thing or another. This one looks just like it is advertised. It opens and closes easily. Although it's not automatic, the mechanism is slick and works fine manually. It collapses easily from its extended telescopic open position to a convenient purse fitting size. Also the case is made well and the umbrella slips easily into the case without much struggle at all. I am especially pleased with the pretty design and the added insulation on the inside. I do not observe any punctures in the umbrella workmanship. I bought this as a parasol but it looks as though it will function perfectly in the rain. It looks adorable. I will test it in the rain and if something doesn't work out I certainly will update this review.For me it is a five star item!

Pretty quick delivery (3 weeks instead of the estimate of 6 to 8 wks)The colors on the page are much more vibrant and detailed than the actual item - I ordered the "Peach Flower" (there's no peach anywhere , lol. the pic and the umbrella has various tones of pink) - but the details and contrasts in color do not exist as they do in the pic, example: the bird doesn't have the detail of pale and dark green in the facial features, it's more a flat color around the eyes/neck area.. Same can be said for other areas, the contrast is more eye appealing in the pic than in actuality of the product.The interior mechanics look like they are mostly plastic - we shall see how long this actually lasts. I hope it does have the UV protection as described because that's why I ordered it - It does have a lining, not just the outer cloth.Other annoying but not particularly important issue is the sleeve it comes in - it has an ugly cloth/green tag sewn on the outside, so you have to cut carefully along the seam to get rid of the tag - no clue why they'd add that to an outer area where it shows .. (it's big and ugly, not what you'd want to look at on the outer sleeve that comes with these fold-up umbrellas.)If it breaks too soon, which will make it totally unusable, i'll update this post at a later date.
