GREAT PRODUCT
I'm 73 years old and have used military brass ones for many, many, years, then they disappeared from my "stash" as others saw the ease of use of this tool. It is so much easier than a laser. This is the only one I have found that actually works like the old military ones, and I have used them on lever actions, pumps, semi-autos, just get the right one(s) for your caliber application. I ordered 2 of them. I use them to inspect my bores AND when setting up my scopes or open/peep sights and use a white paper plate about 25 to 30 yards out my back door. When at the range it is an easy "fine" dialing in.

Just bought my THIRD Boreview!
I have now bought my third. I have one I leave in my "gun-show" bag, as well as a small flashlight and magnifying glass, one in my car, because you never know what will pop up at the local gun shop you need to inspect, and one in with my gun cleaning tools. They are awesome!

The bore view is very poorly made and is only acceptable for pistols .I had to make an extension to see into my 3006 the same for the 243 savage .At $26.32 plus shipping is a rip off.
