Very good, dented on top left
Very good, damaged on the top left , but it's working. Good. Overall product is very good. Value for money. No noise, simple to connect

Worst Packaging
Item is good but packaging is worst.The item is big heavy and delicate but covered by thin tape inside a thermal. (Not an open box delivery)

Basic UPS that works well
It's a good reliable UPS that has been working fine so far. But the main issue is the VERY loud fan, I with they had provided a temperature controlled fan or just a better quality silent fan. Also, there are no features, not even a battery percentage indicator which is an important one. Otherwise, it is working fine.
