Leviton 2-Light Lampholder, 018-04015-D4F, Black

I bought this to repair a 60 year old bathroom light fixture that had the same fitting (except that it didn't, y'know, light the lightbulbs). It worked perfectly for what I wanted to do with it and was easy to install with plenty of wire to make the connections.

Changed out the bulb holder on an old fixture in my office. Works like new.

I replaced my fan light with this device. The light sockets do not have a separate on/off pull chain. Lights have to be controlled by outside switch.

Just like the picture, holds two bulbs for repairing a lamp or creating a new one. I used it for a shop light with two 105 watt cfl's, The brackets are not ultra strong so if you are trying to put a huge shade on it you may get some flex.

It was exactly what I needed for a grow light project. Was disappointed that it contained no nuts. Had to go buy a package at Home Depot. Even one would have made for a better rating.
