These have been incredibly helpful especially on fasting days, helping me to continue reaching my weight loss goals. They’ve helped with headaches and cravings, keeping hunger pangs at bay better than anything I’ve tried in the past. Yes the pills are big but however they’re formulated, they go down very easily and never make my tummy hurt even on an empty stomach. As someone who has gotten nauseous easily in the past, this always amazes me about these supplements. They don’t cause me any stomach issues at all. Thankful I tried them even though other people’s negative reviews worried me. Will definitely order more when my bottle runs out.

30 days in and loving the results! I drink it before a workout and definitely notice and increase in energy! Excellent ingredients that I believe will drive results. I'm 57 yrs old and have tried several Amino products over the years. Most of them have upset my stomach and did not provide results. Perfect Amino taste great ((lemon Lime) and i'm already seeing faster results with muscle retention, and I'm not hungry during or after my workout. I do follow up with a protein shake within 30 min after my morning workouts.

44yrs old...been much harder putting on muscle like in my 20s...no exaggerating, I'm putting on muscle like I am in my 20s again...the reason this particular amino acid is great is because it has the proper amount ratio of ea amino acid...gets really technical, but amino acids aren't close to being as effective unless the ratio is perfect. That's why others don't market 99 percent absorption. Another brand is Optimal Amino...same price, but their serving size is 10 pills! (Still get 30 servings w them like perfect amino) This is truly one of the lose golden supplement that are must have for muscle building...really wish I knew this when I was in my 20s30s...super fast muscle recovery time so you can work out more and faster results. Get it!

I bought this supplement on the recommendation of Gary Brecka. The first couple times I took it I definitely felt a lot of indigestion and bad after taste for hours. I decided to put a tab in vinegar and see how long it took to dissolve. Three hours later and it still has not completely dissolved. If the tab will not dissolve, how can it be beneficial?The serving size is five tablets so it’s like you have a rock in your stomach that will not go away after you take it. Unfortunately, I miss the time window to return this product, but definitely do not recommend it. Please see the pictures of the tablet in vinegar.
