I can’t use this chair if it plugged in as I have a pacarmaker fitted. It is a comfortable chair but can’t be used for reclining.

Easy to put together, only thing missing the larger pin for table

The chair is nice and wide and the foot rest is solid with nice storage compartments in each arm but on the negative side when the chair is fully reclined and you move your weight forward it tips up to great surprise and shock. If you are purchasing this for an elderly person don’t it’s to dangerous, I should have stuck to a dual motor recliner. Having lived with the tipping problem I have now fit a ‘ski’ on each side and this has vastly improved the stability of the chair, it’s just two pieces of 2”x 1” from front to back

I've just received this chair i got both boxes delivered together I've not found any faults or problems at the moment how ever the table is a bit slippy but I've put a mat on.

It’s comfatable

Visually these look great, delivered within 3 days, although slightly odd that the base and seat are delivered on different days by different carriers.One chair was in perfect condition, working usb port, blue strip light and smooth recline. Easy to assemble and a lovely comfortable seat.The second chair appears to have been dragged around a hard floor. One foot arrived in 6 pieces, frustrating but it was repairable with gel glue. Went downhill from then on. There is so many scrapes cosmetically to the under part. Assembly of it went OK but it just didn't look right, one side appeared higher than the other. On reclining it clunk's half way through the operation. Not only was the chair scraped it was also twisted, the underneath was buckled.With the mechanism, the USB charger and the led light working as it should, we worked hard on the underneath to straighten out the buckle.This chair was visually defective and should never have been sent out in this condition. If you're charging over £550 for a piece of furniture I really think you owe it to your customers to send out what they pay for and not a faulty return that you wanted rid of.I can only base my review on this damaged one as I cannot recommend this to anyone else if its a game of chance whether you send out a defective item.Its a huge shame as would of much rather been able to give them a better review

Half of chair arrived (no tracking) other half arrived 4 day's later (tracking but different couriers ! Couple of issues with staples not installed correctly so leather look material hanging off. Super glue needed to fix this. Not comfortable at all, hard seat and not comfortable compared to 2 different recliners I've had previously..Large gap when reclined fully meaning your back will get sore as presses on the wooden frame..never had a gap (your head can fit between back rest and base ) with previously owned recliners. Not a recliner you can can relax in and as I've stated not at all comfortable, arm rests not overstuffed as stated and not soft. Not a chair you can sit in too long for as not a comfortable recliner..£500 way overpriced.

Chair is slightly more difficult to slide together than my previous recliner which slotted together but easy with two people. Chair is comfortable but i bought thinking at the price it was a riser as well but it isn’t but that is entirely my fault. The material is a bit shiny for a real leather look and the chair is firm and one sits on it rather than sinking in as some chairs do. It seems well constructed with a metal frame and the motor works smoothly and quietly.
