Aesthetics: It looks elegant, I've gotten complements on the unique shape and the bamboo lid and tray! Pouring out of it creates a contained and steady stream.Heat Retention: It keeps tea warm for a sufficient amount of time.Steep Quality: I've tried all types of teas in it, but unfortunately getting a quality steep out of it is where the product suffers. Due to the tiny vertical slits in the glass infuser water can not easily pass through it. It makes pouring water into the pot an overly-lengthy process and doesn't allow for the leaves to move freely and properly steep even when filled to nearly overflowing. Upon removing the infuser it takes a while for the hot infuser to empty and for the concentrated brew to spread through the rest of the pot... making it weak and lacking in flavor. I've also filled up the pot with water first then lowered the infuser in to the same effect.Final Thoughts: I love the look of it, but the glaring issues with the infuser prevent me from wanting to keep it or recommend it to another tea lover.

Great looking tea set, I love it! This is an elegant looking teapot, perfect for tea and herbal, the cups is really cute and nice too. It keeps my tea warm and taste good for a long time. And the quality of the glass and the wooden tray is great. My friends compliment it when they saw it at home and ask me where I got it from. Will order again for sure if not for me then will get it as a gift for others. Highly recommend buying it!"

Knocking a star off, just because the inbuilt infuser isn't deep enough for when you're making just one cup of tea.

Unlike a previous reviewer, I have no problems whatsoever with the infusion filter glass. Water empties through it quickly and effectively.This is an elegant looking teapot, perfect for herbal infusions because you can see the strength the infusion is reaching easily. In addition, a rarity this, the spout is well designed and pours steadily without that annoying dribbling. Highly recommended.

It’s a very cute tea set, absolutely love it. But the infuser was broken. I will have to return, if the infuser cannot be replaced. Please be very careful while unboxing this set - cut my finger while opening this. I don’t understand why they can’t wrap them each item with bubble warp!

Love the design. Wish they would have it in a larger size. This tea cup is good for two to three cups the most. Since I liked it so much, I order two more and I would have three different tea types, when it’s time for tea and friends!

One of the cups exploded, broke into pieces when washed after used. Luckily, no one gets hurt from the broken glasses. The cup size description said 3.5oz is incorrected, it holds about 1oz. It's so small. Awaiting my refund and will change my rating later.

The laminated bamboo top that is glued together will eventually split and break due to steam. The shape is OK, and the size (3 cups of tea) is perfect, but the bamboo top WILL BREAK.
