Stellar product!
I purchased this repair kit to try to repair a chip in the edge of our porcelain bathroom sink. I am happy to report it worked very well. I was able to match the color neatly perfectly. Be careful when adding the colorant because a little dab is all you need. Define wet and dry sandpaper put a nice polish on the repair spot. He would never know Chip was ever there. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Good results!
This worked well to repair a 3-4 inch crack in my shower wall. The product is easy to use but a little messy and very sticky. Be careful not to get it anywhere you don’t want it. I used several pairs of vinyl gloves. I was able to match the color perfectly. Beware, it only took 2 miniscule dots of the brown color to mix a light almond shade. It would be very easy to add too much color, so be cautious. The little spatula worked well to spread the product. Resist the temptation to put it on too thick. I waited 24 hours then sanded a little, as directed, but the sanding didn’t really do anything and seemed unnecessary so I didn’t go very far with that. Overall, the repair finished to be shiny and smooth. The repair is not very noticeable unless you look for it. Also, I only used about half the product, so I have some in reserve if I need it again. Would recommend!

Works Great!!
I had several small chips in my almond tub. I got this to repair the chips. My process: 1. I taped around the chips as close as possible using painters tape. 2. I mixed the formula as instructed. To match my tub I only slightly put the tip of the toothpick in the brown...use less it will go a long way. I got very close to my almond with this amount. 3. I used an ice cream stick to apply the formula to each chip..I took the side of the stick to remove the excess by sliding it across the filled area. You don't want it too heavy or you will need to sand it much more. 4. I removed the tape around each chip immediately after I applied the formula and let dry 24 hrs. I left a tape marker next to the chips for reference so I could see where to sand the next day. 5. The next day I used the 320 grit first and a wet napkin to lightly sand down and wipe each area. Once the areas were smooth, I used the 1000 grit to lightly sand the areas. Use a very light touch to sand. I wiped the area with a damp napkin in between sanding. It removes the particles and makes the area easier to sand. I was able to get a good color match for my tub. I was pleased overall with the ease of use and that the product worked fast. It dried to a hardened finish and held up well when I was sanding...staying in place. With time and patience, the product works as stated. Will see how it lasts when used.

Don’t use dye shampoos/conditioners with this
Used my purple shampoo after using it and now I have a purple tub lol It fixed the superficial cracks so I guess it did its job… but don’t use any sort of dye depositing shampoo if you do use it!

Hardens nicely was able to match color on second attempt
Used this to fix chipped bone colored porcelain on metal bathroom sink. Worked fine on the tricky area right around the drain. Still holding up after a couple weeks. Mixed up the first batch and realized I had added too much color, scrapped that batch and mixed a new batch. It only takes a pin point of color to make bone. Mixes easily, it would be messy if you mixed too much. Seems to harden a little slower than some epoxies I have used, giving a longer working time. Still have enough to make several more small repairs. This stuff sands hard when set, so don't build up too much.

Great Stuff!!!
I had accidentally damaged my "bisque" toilet tank lid, breaking four 1/2" size pieces off of the porcelain lip. The toilet is at least twenty years old and I did not want to replace the entire thing because of a few chips. After looking online, I found there are several products out there that are more like a thick touch-up paint and I needed something that was more like a pliable putty. I found this kit and decided to give it a try. There was more than a sufficient amount of the compound supplied in the kit and mixing two equal parts of it on an old plastic jar lid was easy with the "Popsicle" sticks supplied. I had to color it to the bisque color and that was a little tricky as just a speck of the supplied dye DRASTICALLY darkens the color. (My first try was way too dark.) Just the tip of a pointed toothpick stuck in the dye cup was all I needed. Once mixed, I pieced it back together and let it sit for the required twenty four hours. Sandpaper is supplied in the kit, but if you want a nice smooth finish I suggest you use a powered vibrator sander with fine grit sandpaper. The adhesion is excellent and it sands very well once thoroughly dried. The broken section is barely noticeable now. I used this on porcelain, but I'll bet this will work equally as well on all of the materials listed. I would definitely purchase this product again.

DON'T BUY THIS ITEM
Talked to other people who used this that shared the outcome is not nearly as positive as the online reviews. Difficult to use and does not last very long. I have not even opened the package the product was shipped in and Amazon will not accept a return on the item. Last time I will use Amazon for anything after I use up this gift card. What a scam.

This kit worked very well for my fibre glass tub. The instructions were very clear. The colour kit was a perfect match for my cream colour tub. Use the colour matching sparingly as only a very tiny bit was required. Great product. All the required tools were included.

very hard to mix the colour

This product is exactly what is advertised. I took my time prepared the work area mixed the correct color and applied it. There are no leaks and the holes that were filled are hardly noticeable.

Kit worked well on the second time use, with a little experience under our belts. Colour is off, drying more off white than white, but the crack is sealed. Repair seems to be holding up well.
