Approximately what percentage of the magnesium content is the oxide form?. The label now lists magnesium oxide but it doesn't say what percentage.

It never used to list oxide until now, very disappointing as we all know magnesium oxide is the worst so I don't use this product anymore

Is this 3rd party tested? Is there a data sheet to check purity, etc?

I don't know if it's third party tested but I've been using it now for a while this is my second bottle I only take two a day for my heart palpitations and it works great for me. I take one in the morning and then I take one about a half hour before bed with a vitamin b complex vitamin and melatonin, quiets my heart and I sleep a lot better.
