It has a set up for two family members and that was a nice surprise.

Binder is very cheap. Rings don't close properly and the dividers are not hole punched properly. What a pain. I should have made my own. The concept is good. The quality is very poor. You are better off creating your own.

This is a great way to organize all of your medical information! Very practical when dealing with an upcoming major surgery. I just wish it had pockets in the inside to put papers. Everything you want to add requires a 3 hole punch.
