Worked great for 4 months (light use), did a great job, then all of a sudden, it stopped working. I tried to find customer service contact info, but could not find any way to contact the manufacturer. Not good. So I called Amazon, after about 45 minutes (and a request for a cs supervisor), I was able to get a refund.

they all do the same job, this one is ok.

Works great, I can't believe the amount of crud that comes off of glasses frames.
