Zensah Ankle Support - Compression Ankle Brace - Running, Soccer, Sports - Ankle Sleeve Helps Sprains, Tendonitis, Pain

The sleeve is lightweight, and fits in shoes. Arrived promptly, in perfect condition. A little tight on the top edge but I have thick calves, so others probably won't have difficulty with this. I'm using it because I severely sprained my ankle 10 weeks ago, and it feels better with something tight around it. Using Ace bandages every day is tedious. These are much easier.

I was training for a marathon since November and noticed my ankles getting sore after runs. I bought these around Christmas time, and I used them 4 times a week. I noticed right away that my ankles weren't nearly as sore after my running. They slip on and off easily, but stay in place while running. You'll notice them the first few times while running, but you quickly adjust to the feeling of wearing them.They held up through regular washes in the washing machine, and the one pair I bought lasted me roughly 250-300 miles of running, and four months of regular use. I'd definitely order these again, but my first pair is still holding up so well I don't think I'll need to.To put it into perspective, during my training I bought copper-fit knee sleeves, and went through three pairs of those in the same time frame. I also went through two pairs of Saucony running shoes.All in all these things are great, and I'd recommend them

I got the Zensah Compression Ankle Support Sleeve because a bad ankle sprain this winter has left my ankle weak and with residual swelling. I was looking for support of the ankle and compression for the swelling. I have some ankle pain too. I think this is designed more for athletes than general ankle support. I thought it looked good and might fill the need for me and I like the pink/black color of the one I got.I got mixed results. This is less good for me than perhaps a more athletic person like in the product pictures provided by the seller. I'm more toward the Pain Relief for sprains and arthritis as an oldish person. I do feel it supports my ankle a little and perhaps as much as could be expected by an elastic sleeve like this one.Perhaps because of swelling and being (let's just call it "big boned") I found it has some tendency to roll at either end, but mostly at the toe end. This isn't severe but I need to pull it out periodically. The compression feels good but for me it becomes uncomfortable by evening where the top of my ankle bends. This isn't something I can comfortably wear all day but is pretty good for up to a few hours.If you are more on the slim and athletic side this is probably a great choice. For the older, slower and heavier like me it's good, but only just good. Being clear I'm not the primary target audience but it worked fairly well for me I'm giving it 4 stars for people like me. If you are younger and athletic and slim it's probably a 5 star choice.UPDATE Oct 16, 2017:It's been 5 months and my feelings about the Zensah are about the same. It gives my ankle some help when it is feeling weak, but only a little. I only use it when my ankle is feeling weak/wobbly/sore. It got better and I didn't wear it most of the summer: just when I felt I needed it. Several washes and there are a few pills and broken threads. I don't think this is unusual wear and it seems to have maintained the snug fit. Still 4 stars for me.UPDATE Feb 6, 2018:After a slip (but not fall, thankfully) I had a mild sprain so pulled out my Zensah ankle brace after not needing it for a while. Compared to prior use on a much more severe sprain it seems to help more with this mild one in terms of pain relief. Not a lot of support. Otherwise my experience is pretty much unchanged. Still at 4 stars.

After spraining my ankle I ordered this brace to help support my ankle. It has been a lifesaver. I have been able to recover better and faster because of this brace and the support and compression it offers.

I bought these compression socks based on the information on the selling page having to do with shoe size. But these socks are so tight and difficult to get on, they aren't worth the effort. They were so tight and uncomfortable but having never bought anything like this before I didn't know if they were supposed to be so tight, so I wore them for one day. They did not ease any foot or ankle pain, in fact, my feet actually hurt from these being on my feet. It was a relief to take them off. I don't have large or fat feet, but these things are not for me.

Purchased this to wear under my socks as I recover from an ankle sprain. This helps with inflammation and keeping my ankle compressed so I dont hurt it/roll it again.I was wearing it at night and during the day for several weeks and now have transitioned to wearing it only for workouts. It has helped ALOT with my recovery and has washed well and held up the past 3 months.I also bought this brand's ankle sleeve that helps with stability and alternated between these 2 products after wearing a hard boot for 3 weeks.

Comfortable to wear once you get it on.

La tobillera tiene un buen aprieta al ponermela, al inicio no se sentia que me sujetara bien el tobillo pero al pasar los dias lo sujeta de mejor manera que no se siente al caminar. Es muy comoda la verdad.

El producto se nota de buena calidad y se nota el soporte necesario para el tobillo. Lo compré para jugar fútbol, sin embargo no estoy seguro de que funcione a nivel de juego semi-profesional. Tal vez el vendaje sea mejor opción.
